Thank you for considering 5 Star Adventures & Excursions for your adventure in Belize. We are aware that life is sometimes unpredictable, and flexibility is essential when travelling. We believe in accommodating customers in the most convenient way possible. Please see our Cancellation Policy below:

    1. Cancellation must be done by email only.

    2. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged on any cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled day of activity.

    3. Cancellations made 48 hours or less of the scheduled day of activity will be charged the full cost of the activity.

    4. In cases of any unforeseen medical emergency, 5 Star Adventures & Excursions, reserves the right to decide whether a refund will be given. Only up to 50 % of the cost of the activity shall be refunded.

    5. Full refund of the cost of the activity shall be given if the vessel is cancelled.

    6. No refund for arrivals 30 minutes after the scheduled time of the meeting or no shows.

    7. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Zelle.

    8. Keeping your information private is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to your privacy. Therefore, authorized employees access information collected on a need-to-know basis only. We pledge to protect it to the best of our abilities.
      Note: A deposit of 20% of the cost of the activity must be made at the time of booking.
